• Not to upload false, manipulated, or misleading information
• Not to misuse QR codes or tagging systems
• Not to attempt unauthorized access to the platform
• Not to interfere with system integrity or performance

You are solely responsible for the data you upload and manage.

• Users retain ownership of the data they upload (e.g., tree data, images, project details)
• By uploading data, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display the data on the platform
• Use it for analytics, reporting, and platform improvement
• Showcase impact (with or without attribution, unless agreed otherwise)

• Tree and project data may be displayed publicly on a global map

• This visibility is essential for transparency, traceability, and impact verification

• QR codes generated through the platform are linked to specific trees/projects
• Users are responsible for:

• Proper usage and placement of QR codes
• Ensuring QR codes are not duplicated, tampered with, or misused

Any misuse may result in account suspension.

8. Admin Rights and Platform Control

We reserve the right to:

• Approve or reject users and projects
• Modify, suspend, or remove content that violates these Terms
• Restrict or terminate access to users who misuse the platform
• Audit or review data for credibility and compliance

9. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate or rely on third-party services (e.g., hosting, analytics, maps).

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party service availability or performance
• Their data handling practices

10. Intellectual Property

• The platform, including its design, software, and content (excluding user-generated data), is owned by Mission Sustainability
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission

• Misuse of QR codes or project data
